Application
The YONG-FENG YJK-51N workshop hose crimper is controlled by CNC. The crimp force of YONG-FENG YJK-51N crimper is 2000KN, with a crimp range of 6~73mm and 14 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG YJK-51N crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, water hoses and medical hoses etc.

Details
1) CNC crimping machine
CNC crimping machines have obvious advantages over traditional crimpers:
*The digital controlled operation panel is clear and easy to understand with simple operation.
*The traditional manual adjustment is replaced by the electrical ruler, with a crimping precision of 0.01mm, which is 10 times of that of traditional crimpers.
*The crimping is not only more precise, but also nicer and neater.
2) Hydraulic conduction system
The cabinet can operate on the ground. There is no need for an extra worktable, and the crimping operation is convenient. There is a special drawer for dies in the cabinet, which saves space and provides convenience for collecting dies of different models.
3) Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is high pressure resistant and tear resistant with great impact absorbing and carrying capacity.
4) Die connection
Our crimping dies are made of Cr12 die steel and connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.
