The crimp force of the YONG-FENG YJK-140A crimping machine for industrial hydraulic hoses is 1200KN, with a crimp range up to 120mm. Dies are customized according to client requirements. YONG-FENG YJK-140A crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses and airbrake hoses.

Details
1) The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is high pressure resistant and tear resistant with great impact absorbing and carrying capacity.
2) With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight and durable with little heat and stable pressure conduction.
3) Our crimping dies are made of Cr12 die steel and connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.
