Application
The YONG-FENG Y32V hydraulic hose crimper machine is powered by 12V/24V DC and is mainly used for outdoor mobile mechanical maintenance. The crimp force is 1750KN and the crimp range is 15~56mm. The crimper is equipped with 8 sets of standard dies. It is widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, hydraulic hoses, wire ropes and automobile brake cables.

1) Vehicle mounted crimping machine
*The vehicle mounted crimping machine has great advantages for mobile mechanical maintenance and outdoor hose crimping with no AC power supply.
*The YONG-FENG Y32V hydraulic hose crimper machine is powered by 12V/24V DC. Average vehicle batteries can meet the power requirements of the crimper. There are few environmental constraints.
*The crimper is small in size and easy to move.
*Compared with the hand operated model, the vehicle mounted crimper saves manpower with greater stable crimping force.
2) Material
The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made from 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The harden layer is 2mm thick.
3) Hydraulic conduction system
With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight with little heat buildup, stable pressure conduction and great longevity.
4) Die connection
Our dies are made of Cr12 die steel and connected through magnetism, which make it convenient for assembly and disassembly. The crimping is neat.
